The manager was super friendly and informative, arranging a private tour and providing all the necessary information. The room was jaw-dropping, with comfortable beds and a solid bathroom. The hotel offered EXCELLENT value for money and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Would definitely go back!

We had a great experience during our Easter stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also loved the fact that the hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to provide us with useful information and suggestions for things to do on the island. The room itself was spacious and had a nice view.

The Golden Land Hotel in Cat Ba Island was excellent value for money. The hotel is new and well-furnished, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Du, who provided us with lots of information about the island. The location is great, with many restaurants within a few minutes' walk. We felt at home during our 6-night stay and enjoyed the good wifi and air conditioning in the room.

I recently stayed at Golden Land Hotel for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and the room had all the necessary amenities. The staff, particularly one guy whose name I unfortunately forgot, was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us a map of the area and recommended some great restaurants. He also helped us arrange a tour of Ha Long Bay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars but still quiet. it was a fantastic stay.

I highly recommend this hotel.

J'ai passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel bien situé près du port. Ma chambre était de taille raisonnable et propre, avec un petit balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner buffet était appréciable, et j'ai également pu profiter de la piscine. Des facilités telles qu'un parking gratuit ont rendu mon séjour encore plus pratique.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The host at Golden Land was incredibly nice and helpful. He organized everything for us at a reasonable price, without being pushy. He even gave us recommendations on the best places to visit on the island. The location of the hotel was convenient; we could reach the center within minutes on foot. The rooms were nicely furnished and everything felt new. We particularly appreciated the elevator that saved us from climbing the stairs to the 4th floor. we highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially considering the extremely cheap low-season price we paid!
